ScreenIO 2.4 License

License

Registering ScreenIO 2.4 entitles you to use the ScreenIO 2.4 panel editor on one (1) computer.  

You may install the panel editor on a network server, but you must obtain a registration key for each workstation that uses the ScreenIO 2.4 panel editor.  

Derivative Applications

You may distribute applications that you develop using ScreenIO 2.4 ("Derivative Applications") without restriction, except as noted in "Prohibited Use".  

The ScreenIO 2.4 runtime DLLs may also be distributed with your Derivative Applications.

No Royalties

You do not need to pay royalties to Norcom or any other party for the use of ScreenIO 2.4 when distributing Derivative Applications.

Prohibited Use

You may not use or distribute applications developed using ScreenIO 2.4, that compete with ScreenIO 2.4 or other Norcom software products.

Warranty

ScreenIO 2.4 is no longer supported; therefore, there is no warranty.

Testing Applications Developed with ScreenIO 2.4

You assume the risk of testing your applications developed with ScreenIO 2.4 and ensuring they work correctly. 

Mission-critical Applications

If you use ScreenIO 2.4 to develop a mission-critical application, you should test it thoroughly to ensure that it works as expected.

Damages

Norcom will not be liable for consequential damages or losses attributed to errors in ScreenIO 2.4.
